In this role the candidate will be responsible for ensuring highquality software delivery by leveraging strong technical expertise and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Design and implement test cases for web mobile and service API testing.
Manage test efforts using Jira for test case management and defect tracking.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and identify testing needs
Conduct thorough testing of applications ensuring alignment with user requirements and business goals
Provide detailed documentation and reports on test coverage and results.
Identify isolate and document defects during the software development lifecycle.
Suggest improvements to processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Strong experience in designing and implementing test cases for Web Mobile and Service API testing
Handson experience using Jira for test management.
Extensive QA testing experience in agile environments.
Proficiency in using tools like Postman or something similar.
Handson experience in functional regression and compatibility testing for web and mobile applications
Solid understanding of the STLC & SDLC process
Experience in conducting UAT
Basic SQL knowledge for data retrieval
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Basic understanding of test automation
Coding expertise in Java/JavaScript/Python
