We are looking for an Investment Product Analyst to join the Emerging Market Product team based in London to support the teams Investment Directors as well as the wider Investment team. The role will be full time and based in London.

The base
We moved into our new headquarters at London Wall Place in the City of London in 2018. Were close to our clients in the heart of the UKs financial centre while having everything in place to work flexibly.
The team
The product teams supporting the wider investment teams act as a conduit between investment and distribution functions with respect to promoting and managing the product range with the aim of maintaining high standards of investment performance and client servicing.
With more than 53 experienced members of staff located in London NY Sao Paulo Dubai and across Asia the Emerging Markets Equity Investment team manages in excess of $38.7 billion across 10 strategies for institutional and intermediary clients all over the world.
You would work as part of a team of 4 IPAs supporting the Emerging Markets Investment Directors (London & NY) and the wider EM Investment team.
What youll do
The role will involve acting as a link between the investment and distribution functions with respect to promoting and managing the EM investment desks products. The role involves assisting the investment directors in producing clientfacing materials and conducting product analysis to support the investment team and distribution teams in their communications with both existing and prospective clients.
You will have to be selfmotivated detail orientated and should have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Key tasks include but are not limited to:
Working closely with the Investment Directors and the Business Development teams to complete high quality client focused RFPs RFIs DDQs etc. including ESG questionnaires within the agreed deliverable timeframe. This also involves writing updating and maintaining product language and data in RFP & consultant databases
Ensuring core data in area(s) of expertise/responsibility is kept up to date and accurate in accordance with agreed processes and proactively updating systems internal sites and databases with product specific information
Production of accurate and effective written materials to be used in RFPs marketing material investment reports etc
Support business growth from prospective clients as well as continued servicing of existing clients by responding to product/portfolio related enquiries in a prompt and helpful manner
Assistance with preparation of client reporting marketing material as required by liaising with Investment Directors Investment team and other internal teams etc
Involvement with strategic projects and initiatives (ESG new product launch etc.
The knowledge experience and qualifications you need
Previous experience and a strong interest in financial markets and the asset management industry
Excellent written communication skills and strong quantitative skills
Ability to synthesise information creating economies of scales across products where appropriate
Good IT skills essential proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel & Powerpoint)
The knowledge experience and qualifications that will help
Minimum of degree level qualification
IMC/CFA (or equivalent) desirable but not require
Previous RFP experiences desirable
Familiarity with Qvidian Aladdin FactSet Refinitiv/Eikon Tableau and Morningstar/eVestment would be useful
