Job Description

The Software Development Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Developers. The role will also include process optimisation recruitment and ensuring highquality software delivery.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Developers including conducting performance evaluations.
  • Oversee resource allocation workload distribution and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with Senior Developers to manage Developer recruitment efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance to ensure accurate work estimation and adherence to delivery commitments.
  • Supervise code reviews testing procedures and Agile development workflows.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for resolving team challenges and obstacles.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and implement Agile best practices.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the role.

Education:
  • Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or Engineering
  • Strong technical background in software development
  • Proven experience managing technical teams in software development
