- HandsOn Experience: Gain valuable clinical hours while working alongside experienced sleep technologists in our stateoftheart facilities.
- Pathway to Licensure: As part of this program youll work toward earning your Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credentials which are required within 18 months of hire. After obtaining your RPSGT youll have 60 days to secure Virginia State licensure opening the door to becoming an onboarded Registered Polysomnographic Tech (RPSGT) at Sentara.

Were seeking curious motivated individuals who:
- Are enrolled in or interested in enrolling in a credentialed sleep program. (STAR PROGRAM)
- Are eager to learn and gain handson clinical experience.
- Are committed to achieving their RPSGT credentials within 18 months and pursuing licensure in Virginia.
