The After Market Services (AMS) team is on a mission to achieve three zeros: Zero Defects for Customers Zero Cost of Returns and Zero Waste. Our repair business is crucial in giving products a second life supporting both our zero cost and zero waste goals. As a Business Analyst youll support our repair operations by providing datadriven insights and helping drive process improvements. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to analyse our repair programs and operational efficiency metrics. Youll help analyze and improve how we repair and resell customer returns maximizing recovery value while supporting Amazons sustainability goals. Youll learn to turn data into actionable insights while supporting Amazons sustainability commitments.

A day in the life
As a Business Analyst in AMS Repair Operations you might find yourself:
Pulling and analyzing daily repair performance metrics to identify trends
Creating weekly dashboards to track repair success rates and processing times
Collaborating with repair vendors to gather data for operational reports
Supporting team meetings with data insights on repair volumes and repair costs
Working with colleagues to investigate variances in repair performance
Maintaining tracking tools to monitor repair inventory flow

Experience in Retail Transport or Operations
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with Python R or other scripting languages
Experience communicating across all levels of management peers and partners
