Job Summary:
Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non Medical Caregiver to join our team. This is a fulltime or part time hourly healthcare/nonmedical position in the heart of WESTON WV. As a Non Medical Caregiver at Village Caregiving you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential inhome care services. This individual contributor role requires a high level of empathy patience and flexibility in order to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Compensation & Benefits:
This is a fulltime hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $12 to $14 per hour paid direct deposit semimonthly. Daily Pay may be an option for you soon!! Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate nonmedical care to our clients in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and toileting
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Assist with light housekeeping laundry and other household tasks
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Communicate with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
Report any changes in clients condition or needs to a supervisor
Adhere to all policies procedures and safety guidelines of Village Caregiving
Requirements:
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but NOT REQUIRED
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
