The Customer Service Representative will be handling customer inquiries about our products. These inquiries come from a variety of lead sources and are the result of both inbound and outbound efforts. The Customer Service Representative performs a basic level of lead qualification typically following a scripted presentation. Responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients
Required to perform a minimum number of transfers per day to available agents
Contacts prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products
Communicates effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments
Multitask effectively by speaking and entering client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
What youll need:
2 years of relevant inside sales experience preferred
College education preferred
High School diploma or GED required
Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadlinedriven environment
Able to work well in a team
Excellent communication skills
Flexible schedule with the ability to work various shifts
