Job Description for Site Visit Coordinator
- Planning site visits: Finalising details with the site contact and leader including the best structure for the visit
- Building relationships: Building rapport with clients and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting visits: Conducting scheduled and unscheduled site visits at healthcare providers offices
- Managing tasks: Managing staff and activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and efficiently
- Ensuring safety: Ensuring a safe and positive environment for staff customers and visitors
- Maintaining knowledge: Maintaining a working knowledge of relevant programs policies and resources
- Meeting obligations: Meeting all contractual obligations
- Traveling: Traveling frequently within a territory
- Managing time: Having excellent time management skills
- Working remotely: Working remotely while developing interpersonal relationships with peers and workgroups.
NOTE Look for female candidates ready to travel within the sites. Bike and DL is mandatory.
