RESPONSIBILITIES:
Metrics and Analytics: Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity focusing on key metrics like pageviews exit percent engagement rate conversion rate and time on site. Analyze trends to understand user behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
User Experience Optimization: Utilize analytics insights to improve website navigation design and content layout enhancing user experience and boosting conversion rates.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing website traffic and conversion data. Identify opportunities for enhancements to landing pages calltoactions and leadgeneration strategies. Work with the Digital Marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
SEO Implementation: Based on data from Google Search Console and Analytics implement keyword strategies optimize landing page copy write SEOfriendly content for new pages and monitor organic site health.
Reporting and Insights Generation: Compile and present datadriven insights to stakeholders highlight key trends and offer concrete actionable recommendations for website enhancements.
A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate different website variations determining the most effective design elements or content strategies.
For Colorado Residents: This position comes with an approximate salary of $65000 $75000.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
46 years of experience in Web Strategy
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Expertise in web tools such as Google Tag Manager Google Analytics Microsoft Clarity Hotjar or similar platforms.
Strong skills in extracting and interpreting insights from complex data sets
Handson experience with SEO strategy tools and
Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and translate these into strategic actions
Ecommerce experience
Ability to manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail
Stay organized while quickly pivoting priorities based on the needs of the business
BONUS POINTS DESIRED SKILLS BUT NOT REQUIRED:
Basic experience with Wordpress
Basic experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Basic experience with site performance and pagespeed analysis
