Located atWyoming Valley Subaru theMaintenance Associateisresponsible for the overall cleaning and maintaining of the building: removing debris painting maintaining workplace and keeping areas neat and tidy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning offices including dusting desks and shelves restrooms and common areas
- Sweeping mopping and washing floors for all areas in the dealership
- Paint or repair roofs windows doors floors woodwork plaster drywall or other parts of building structure
- Clean windows throughout the dealership
- Clean building by emptying trash and cleaning surfaces.
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
- Move heavy equipment and furniture
- Identify and report possible repairs
- Shovel snow from sidewalks and sprinkle salt on surface
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a janitor
- Auto dealership experience a plus but not necessary
- Standing lifting of up to 50 pounds pushing pulling reaching and other physical activity required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
