What youll do
Manage the ISA transfer process inbound and outbound settlement.
Assist and train customer care to handle ISA enquiries.
Chase counterparties to speed up pending or slow transfers.
Escalate ISA issues and ensure theyre resolved.
Assist the product team with ISArelated product improvements.
Collaborate with trading operations compliance and IT teams on ISArelated matters.
Document and review ISA transfer metrics.
What you need to have
Minimum 1 year of experience with ISA products.
