Job Description

You will be responsible for B2C Project Sales for the Facade vertical of the company Focus on building and maintaining relationships with architects dealers hotels and highnetworth individuals (HNIs) to generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals.

Role & responsibilities :
  • Support in Development and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects builders hotels and HNIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects dealers hotels and HNIs in the region.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing customer service and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Manage and lead the sales team in the region providing coaching and guidance to ensure high conversion & sales targets are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
  • Manage the budget for the region ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services.
  • Continuously improve selfsales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
Candidate profile :
  • Minimum of 7 15 years of experience in facades or related building materials exteriors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with architects builders hotels or HNIs is a plus.
