Job Description
Base Location: Bengaluru
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Preferred Experience:3 to 6 Years of relevant experience
Key Result Areas
Datastewardship
- ReviewingthesalesandinventorydatafrommultipleapplicationsreviewinganyerrorsorexceptionsandinvestigatingandmakingcorrectionsasnecessarytoensurethatsalesandinventorylogsarecleanandclosedonatimelybasissothatthisdatacanbepassedontoothersystemssuchasMerchandisingInventoryandFinancials.
- Ensuringperiodendreportingiscompletedinatimelymanner.
- Reviewinganyerrorsorexceptionsandinvestigatingandmakingcorrectionsasnecessary
- Identify reasons for Over Shorts and correct
- IdentifyanyrecurringpatternsoferrorsorOverShortsandraiseconcernstomanager
Troubleshoot&Support
- Troubleshoot and ensure functional users query resolution. Work closely with the users to educate end consumers to ensure data handling and processing across various applications
IdentifyAutomationopportunitiesforDataGovernance
- Enable&facilitatedailyreportgenerationtoaidbusinessdecisionmaking;ensuredataaccuracy.MonitorallreportsacrossallapplicationsandensurequeryresolutionwithintheSLA
PeopleManagement
- DevelopstrongworkingrelationshipswithkeyITandBusinessfunction.
Communicatewithotherdepartments/formatsefficientlyandeffectively.
