Job Skills / Requirements
As a Commercial Window Cleaner you play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of commercial buildings. You will utilize specialized equipment and techniques to achieve highquality results enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the building and contributing to a positive impression for clients and visitors.
Clean interior and exterior windows of commercial buildings using appropriate tools equipment and cleaning solutions.
Remove dirt grime smudges and other residues from glass surfaces to achieve a streakfree finish.
Set up and safely operate equipment such as squeegees waterfed poles ladders and lifts to access and clean windows at various heights.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at elevated heights to prevent accidents or injuries.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required including harnesses gloves and safety glasses.
Maintain and clean window cleaning equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Must have experience with Industrial Rope Access
Ability to work at heights and operate equipment safely.
Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting climbing and reaching.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
Hourly wage based on Industrial Rope Access experience
