Lead CRM Analyst

Squarespace is looking for a passionate and adaptable Lead CRM Analyst to help develop execute and analyze our CRM email acquisition crosssell and retention strategies.

You will raise the bar by powering a data informed approach to customer targeting campaign measurement and our overall CRM/promotions strategy. With a keen eye and meticulous attention to detail you will help support our expansion into new markets and other forms of direct communication including push inapp and onsite messaging. You will be a part of a growing team focused on transforming Outbound Marketing as a revenuedriver for the company.

You will work hybrid from our New York headquarters or remote from an approved US state and report to the Head of Audience Strategy (CRM).

Youll Get To

• Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data
• Support the CRM Campaigns team with list operations for outbound marketing campaigns that deliver against revenuedriving goals including incremental revenue lift engagement and retention
• Leverage performance dashboards and develop recurring CRM campaign reporting
• Maintain dashboards and perform regular audits on all dashboard data
• Provide database counts and audience sizing for adhoc requests for campaigns and market research
• Perform list hygiene process for all nonmarketing lists to check for various suppressions and exclusions
• Develop automated CRM campaigns in ESP
• Maintain and audit CRM data in ESP and push platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering team to drive implementation roadmap operationalize targeting variables and ensure data integrity
• Contribute to ideation process with strategic insights supporting the development of CRM tactics and revenue driving opportunities

Who Were Looking For

• 57 years of demonstrated success in a database or marketing analytics role
• Advanced knowledge of SQL; Python
• Knowledge of overall email processes and ESP platforms
• Analytically minded strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growth
• Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited time frame and to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working crossfunctionally in the organization

Cash Compensation Range: $97000 $150000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on jobrelated criteria including relevant skills experience and location among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and where applicable for eligible roles may include ontarget commissions or overtime pay) Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
