How will I help
As an Analyst you will contribute to the ongoing development and of the data product operating model ensuring that data products are built governed and delivered in a manner that maximizes value for the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Design implement and embedment of the Data Product Operating Model which includes governance processes ownership sharing agreements controls in line with relevant policies and standards
- Contribute to the uplift in data culture and data governance across the bank.
- Coach and support the business to build greater data product awareness and capability
- Metrics and reporting to track the impact of the operating model and compliance with the Data Product Standard

What do I need
- Extensive experience in the data or IT field
- Exceptional visualization and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics for solving business problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred experience in data governance and data product management
- Experience with SharePoint and Power BI will be desirable
- Good Analytical problem solving and research skills
- Strong communication and consultive skills to engage stakeholders across the group
