Job Description

Description of the role:

The Sales Manager at Serra Automotive is responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Set sales goals and targets for individual team members
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on team performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
