Responsible for the completion follow up and monitoring of client social histories functional analysis and treatment plans. Participates in scheduled and impromptu reviews of client treatment plans; makes adjustments to treatment plans as agreed upon by the team.
Client Service:
Provide and facilitate as necessary one on one or group discussions with clients as needed.
Provide training to staff as it relates to client mental health issues and treatment.
Monitor client goal progress and suggest changes to the treatment plan as warranted.
Share information with the Interdisciplinary Team regarding client goal progress significant events and/or client responses that vary from their baseline as it relates to their treatment plan.
Collaborate review and monitor treatment options for clients mental health needs.
Utilize critical thinking in making independent judgements and maintain responsibility and accountability for service provided.
Knowledge of the effects of mental illness and the ability to relate respectfully to clients with a wide range of abilities and diagnoses.
Possess teamwork skills including problem solving cooperation negotiating etc.
Continue professional development and involvement in professional activities that enhance service provision.
Participate in Company team meetings client meetings and staff meetings as assigned
When needed will be redeployed to fill in as a DSP at any Residential location.
Participate in the oncall rotation with the other Residential leaders.

Documentation:
Complete all documentation within established guidelines.
Maintain client files according to Company guidelines and ensure all files are maintained within guidelines of accrediting bodies.
Demonstrate and understanding of all accrediting bodies.
Education: Bachelors Degree Required in Human Services Social Services or related field. Masters Degree preferred.
Experience: One year of experience required working in the behavioral health field.
License(s)/Certification(s): Valid drivers license when driving any vehicle for workrelated reasons. Adult CPR First Aid and Mandatory Dependent Adult Abuse certification.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to speak read and write fluent English. Ability to read and comprehend common terminology of the mental health field. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients medical professionals management staff and the public. Ability to communicate with a variety of persons with various illnesses.
