We are looking for a HR Generalist who will partner with BUs Leaders and teams to enable key business and HR initiatives from an HR point of view. We are looking for someone who has handson experience in managing business stakeholders and exposure to developing implementing and executing standard HR processes and tools.
This is an individual contributor role.
What you will be doing:
- Work in US hours and support business with HR needs
- Work with the business unit and manage HR initiatives related to employee life cycle
- Understand business environment and execute solutions to address employee issues
- Assist with collection maintain analyze and report on various types of key Human Resources metrics to assist HR leadership in taking effective decision making
- Promote an environment that encourages 1:1 Staff meeting etc.
- Advise business managers on HR policy and ensure compliance to the companys policies
- Drive the policy awareness and ensure compliance across the organization. Being a SPOC for providing clarifications on policies as required.
- Manage employee exits effectively conduct exit interviews
- Ensure sensitive issues are handled effectively and are brought to a logical conclusion
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Day 01 Meet & Greet for onboarding
Talent Acquisition 25:
- Support Weekend Drives for the Business Unit
- Partner with Business Unit leaders hiring managers and sourcing team to ensure team is staffed
- Be culture champion for the candidates in advance stages
Who you are and what you bring:
- Full timemastersdegree (MBA HR / MSW)
- 3 years inHR functionprior experience ofHRbusiness partnering in BPO/KPO is a MUST.
- Excellent communication skills should be high on integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships establish trust and provide counsel in a thoughtfulsensitiveand timely manner
- Should be able to program managekey initiatives at the BU level
- Quick response to employee grievance is a must
