Product: ConnectWise offers a comprehensive platform for IT solution providers including business management unified monitoring and management cybersecurity and data protection solutions.
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Technology Solution Providers (MSPs) particularly in strategic cybersecurity private equityowned partners and other key accounts.
Team & Hiring Needs
Reporting to: Darcey Hawker (Hiring Manager)
Current Need: Open to hiring either a Key Account Manager (KAM) or an Account Manager (AM) depending on candidate availability and fit.
Existing Team: One AM currently covering this territory but the business demand is exceeding capacity.
Role Overview
Primary Focus: Upselling and identifying crosssell opportunities within existing accounts. Will also include renewals 20 of the role)
Quota: 700K ACV for upsells 80 of target) 20 renewal growth.
CrossSelling: AMs will source and qualify crosssell opportunities but pass them to AEs to run and close. AMs still get paid on AE deals within their accounts.
BDR/SDR Support: NoneAMs act as their own SDRs to build pipeline.
Type of Candidate Needed: Relationshipbuilder but also a closernot a customer success role.
Needs experience carrying a sales quota.
Backgrounds could include:
SDRs/BDRs with 1 years of top performance and readiness for promotion.
AEs looking to transition into Account Management.
Existing AMs with strong upsell/crosssell experience.
MustHaves:
Sales Experience: Previous quotacarrying experience as an AE AM or a topperforming SDR ready to step up.
Hunting Mentality: Ability to build pipeline upsell and drive growth within accounts.
Curiosity for Tech: Understanding of IT/MSP space is a bonus but openness to learning and engaging in the space is key.
Must be in the London office 3 days per week. Strong preference for candidates who are enthusiastic about an inoffice culture.
NicetoHaves:
Experience in the MSP cybersecurity or IT vendor space.
Dutchspeaking candidates (though Englishonly is fine).
Exclusions:
Candidates with no quotacarrying sales experience.
Pure customer success backgrounds without sales accountability.
Hiring Process:
Initial Screening: Conversation with us (including key screening questions provided by Darcey).
First Interview: 30minute call with Darcey Hawker.
Panel Interview: Inperson panel including a presentation component.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: 50K55K base Double OTE (with preference toward 50K for AMs).
