Job Summary:
Were seeking an experienced Product Sourcing & Development Manager to lead our product sourcing vendor development and quality sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finding and developing new vendors managing existing relationships and ensuring highquality products that meet our companys standards.

Were seeking an experienced Product Sourcing & Development Manager to lead our product sourcing vendor development and quality sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finding and developing new vendors managing existing relationships and ensuring highquality products that meet our companys standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing & Development:
- Identify and develop new vendors and products that align with company goals
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop product strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms that benefit the company
- Monitor vendor performance and address any quality or delivery issues
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure highquality products
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure vendor compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues
- 710 years of experience in product sourcing vendor management or quality control
- Strong industry knowledge and network of vendors
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Ability to travel (up to 25 for vendor meetings and audits
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g. CSCP CPSM)
