HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Responsible for maintaining and supporting the Safety Zone Portal which is used for submitting safety incident reports patient complaints and other report templates maintained therein.
- Analyzes trend data; assists in identifying risk reduction improvements.
- Takes in complaints and documents the same in the portal.
- Investigates and responds to complaints.
- Responsible for maintaining system signon ability enhancements and updates.
- Assists with regulatory visits and surveys.
- Facilitates risk management education programs.

- Corporate Risk Manager
Supervises:
- None
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
Required Experience:
- Two 2 years of experience trending and analyzing data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Riskmanagement certification.
- Experience in a technical field (e.g.
informationtechnology (IT). - Experience in a healthcarerelated field.
- Experiencetracking and trending data.
- Experience listening to and handling complaints.
- Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality laws.
- Knowledge of medicalrecords.
- Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (including Excel).
- Excellent listening skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonalskills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good decisionmaking skills.
