About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that the facility functions smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance production efficiency reduce costs and cultivate a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily plant operations to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Lead mentor and motivate a diverse team fostering a collaborative and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional departments to align on production goals and objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor plant performance and drive improvements.
