Job Description
An established appliance company is seeking an experienced Showroom Salesperson to join their team. This individual will be responsible for engaging with customers on the showroom floor as well as conducting cold calls to generate new business. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of appliance sales experience and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor guiding them through product options and features.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay uptodate with the latest appliance offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and followup on customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in appliance sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers and drive sales through both inperson interactions and cold calling.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of appliances and their features is a plus.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
