Position Title:ExecutiveExport Sales Manager

Department:Sales & Marketing

Location:Kolkata

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Export Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our export market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of international sales market trends and the ability to build strong relationships with global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  2. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement export sales plans and strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize target markets and customers.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients distributors and partners.
    • Negotiate contracts pricing and terms of sale with clients.
  4. Sales :

    • Drive sales activities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals product demonstrations and promotional materials to clients.
  5. Order Management:

    • Coordinate with internal teams (production logistics finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Monitor and manage the export documentation process to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  6. Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  7. Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up on postsales activities to ensure repeat business and client retention.
