The Weyside is one of the busiest and best pubs in Guildford located on one of the most scenic riversides in the country. We produce premium quality food and drink every day operating out of two bars and two kitchens. We are now ready to expand our outstanding management team and offer supported inhouse career development opportunities so if you are already an experienced assistant manager this is where you really want to work. If youre relatively new to management in pubs we can develop you however you must be willing and hard working. Most important of all is that you have a great personality.

What we look for inan Assistant Manager:
We are looking for a motivated &experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish foodfocused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuinepassion for exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to teammanagement. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success ofour pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delightour customers. You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us.
