About the Role
Essity is looking for an experienced 0perate converting equipment that produces napkins toilet paper bath tissue and other products within a fast paced tissue converting environment.

What You Will Do
- Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others too.
- Able to learn and apply operating and mechanical skills to operate process & equipment efficiently
- Able to consistently apply the necessary standards to keep the process under control
- Understands the Safe Operation of equipment what it does/how it works & can carry out housekeeping inspection lubrication and perform simple maintenance tasks
- Lead small changeover
- Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine
- Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation
- Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary
- Complete all required documentation and data files during production.
- Meet required hygiene and environmental standards pursuant to customer requirement
Who You Are
- Motivated selfstarter with strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability M
- Minimum of one 1 year of prior machine operations
- Support knowledge and ability to collaborate with small and large teams to sustain production and drive improvements.

Compensation and Benefits:
As part of our Flexible Resource Pool this position has a starting hourly wage of minimum $26.54/hour benefits with inposition pay advancement following training completion and qualification on specific equipment.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge skills and experience.
