A Myrtle Beach insurance defense litigation law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to spear head their Myrtle Beach Office!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8 11 years of experience in insurance defense/construction litigation.
- Able to step into a ready made case load.
- General insurance defense litigation.
- Tried cases to jury verdict is a PLUS.
- Taken party and expert depositions.
- Able to step into a ready made case load.
- Computer literate.
- Experience with hearings motions and depositions.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of organization.
- Licensed with the South Carolina and in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
