Linq Healthcare are partnered with one of the UKs leading recovery and rehabilitation services who are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team
You would be responsible for ensuring effective and highquality delivery of the Occupational Therapy group programme and individual patient and family support. You will be joining a service for adults and adolescents with Mental Health issues.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently in a specialist clinical area developing neurological rehabilitation skills under senior OT supervision while accepting professional accountability.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload of individuals with complex needs or challenging behaviour with support from a senior OT.
- Complete the OT process using evidencebased personcentred principles to assess plan implement and evaluate interventions with senior OT guidance.
- Address occupational skill deficits to enable service users in selfcare productivity education and leisure.
- Develop and hand over care programs to support staff monitor progress and adjust interventions for effectiveness under senior OT supervision.
