Job Description
Job Duties:
- Develops and designs projects for the Department of Transportation including pressure improvement renewals relocations and new business.
- Designs and sizes meter and regulator sets ensuring overpressure protection.
- Collects and evaluates records to support uprating procedures.
- Develops design options and provides guidance to improve the distribution system.
- Provides support for field and construction operations as needed.
- Designs work orders including drafting investigating land rights and applying company specifications in compliance with federal codes and standards.
- Manages design projects tracking multiple components such as permitting approval status and construction progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering field from an ABETaccredited institution.
- 02 years of experience in civil or utilities design.
- Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil3D.
