The Director of NextGen will report to the Vice President KLOVE Shares working with key internal leaders to develop content technology and events impacting our Generation Z initiatives. The keys to success will be organizing all details from conception to while providing clear and concise information to key stakeholders. Providing effective leadership strategic networking and internal collaboration to see all the NextGen events outreaches streams podcasts influencer deals and more are done at a bestinclass level resulting in lives impacted for Jesus. This role requires a genuine passion for music media and emerging content creators. The position is immersed in the latest trends actively exploring new and innovative media outlets to stay ahead in the industry.

This role will be onsite at our Franklin TN offices.
Heres just some of what you will be doing daily
- Develop and execute strategies to engage Generation Z and drive growth within this demographic.
- Serve as a key representative of KLOVE Inc. to ministry partners both locally and nationally fostering longterm meaningful relationships.
- Research and routinely share with Leadership insights on media consumption trends among the Generation Z demographic to craft effective strategies that resonate with this audience. Stay connected to cultural trends in music reading and lifestyle to better serve and understand the needs of this generation.
- Encourage innovation and creativity by researching trends and exploring new methodologies and creative approaches to improve production quality engagement and overall ministry impact.
- Ensure financial sustainability by modeling responsible budgeting practices identifying costsaving opportunities and prioritizing resources to achieve longterm viability for production and ministry initiatives.
- Prepare and present budgets to VP KLOVE Shares. Monitor and track the budget through the year to ensure financial stewardship.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the Generation Z demographic while collaborating with project stakeholders and seniorlevel Team Members to create review and approve strategic proposals.
- Organize implement and oversee project management ensuring smooth crossfunctional communication and proactive problemsolving to overcome challenges and keep the project team on track to achieve results.
- Manage multiple largescale projects simultaneously taking full ownership tasks and responsibilities ensuring timelines budgets and objectives are met while guiding and supporting others as needed to achieve success.

- Bachelors degree or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in entertainment youth ministry or media.
- At least 5 years of experience in management leadership or other influential position(s).
- Experience working directly with various levels of stakeholders to gain trust influence and establish consistent rapport for project management work.
- Strong computer skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); Mac and PC.
- Demonstrate strong discipline and have prior experience leading this age group in adherence to rules and maintaining a structured environment.
- Demonstrated ability to represent the ministry and executive staff professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Employ a collaborative and flexible style with strong service mentality. Must be a team player and leader.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to clearly communicate with various stakeholders.
