Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager Traffic Solutions (Preformed Thermoplastic) you will develop the Northeastern Region (New England states and New York) through outreach of our value proposition strategy and longterm market penetration plan for the Traffic Solutions business segment. You are crafting awareness of our products and services and building relationships with all key facilitators influencers and end users! Want to know more

****This position will report to leadership in the Greensboro NC office however it is ideal if the candidate reside within the service territory mentioned above.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop longterm relationships with the architectural and engineering community as well as key state and local municipalities and related trade organizations
  • Expand the regional sales pipeline while coordinating activities with the regional qualified and certified contractors.
  • Provide outstanding customer service handling questions concerns orders requests for quotation and project jobsite consulting.
  • Inform the customer base of industry and/or product developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field plus five 5 or more years of materials sales experience preferably with paint/coatings or thermoplastic expertise.
  • Excellent presentation skills when presenting to the architectural community
  • Proven track record to develop and manage long term high value projects with multiple influencers and decision makers.
  • Ability to track and maintain records using CRM software as well as Microsoft Office. Prior knowledge and usage of Salesforce would be very beneficial.
  • Ability to travel up to 75 of the time within the territory focusing on major metro areas.
  • Prior experience with demand forecasting and SAPIBP a plus.
