ServiceNow Business Analyst:
For the global telco leader we are looking for a ServiceNow Bussiness Analyst.
Skills and experience
1.3 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally with exposure to business services and processes in financial and global GBS area
2. Knowledge about methodology and experience in analysis with the background of the ServiceNow platform (any other relevant BPMs technology also considered)
3. Any experience in project management implementing BPM solutions (ServiceNow preferred technology)
4. Understanding of lowcoding platform implementation methodology including limitation and constraints in terms of development and deployment
5. Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills analytical and structural thinking
6. Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate conversations with business stakeholders in project definition business requirements definition and functional design sessions.
7. Ability to manage of multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
8. Experience with process quality methodology agile methodology and cooperation within software/products delivery process global vision of software delivery methodologies (SCRUM)
9. Competence in project management and agile supervision tools such as MS Project JIRA Confluence SharePoint
10. Communicative French
Tasks and activities
1. Business process analysis requirement gathering on ServiceNow platform and work closely with various stakeholders
2. Analytical support for full project life cycle from requirements gathering to solution deployment
3. Incorporation of ServiceNow specific mechanisms and analysis philosophy into the solutions concept understand and implement workflows business rules client scripting and other aspects of ServiceNow to create impactful business solutions.
4. Documentation of build and maintained products e.g. service processes policies use case workflow and the others
5. Organization participation and facilitation of meetings and workshops to drive understanding and solution development.
6. Take part in continuously improvement of services and processes through regular analysis maintenance system optimization and problem resolution.
7. Work closely with developers project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
8. Translation simplification and adaptation of requirements in accordance to applicable methodologies for developers architects and other participants of construction process
