You will determine and oversee delivery of the strategy & roadmap for our platform capabilities that accelerate digital product development and improve developer experience.
Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform platform priorities and improvement recommendations.
Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with platform stakeholders and customers to shape the platform strategy and surface and prioritize needs.
Lead platform strategy planning and life cycle management efforts.
Monitor business market and technology trends to inform platform strategy and proactively propose new solutions.
Establish platform roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomes.
Contribute to translating business requirements into actionable platform and technical requirements.
Continuously monitor and evaluate platform performance and proactively champion platform improvements.
Determine internal and contract/external resources and skills required for the platform team to deliver on the platform roadmap.
Build & guide the platform engineering team that will plan and deliver the platform. The Platform Engineering team will apply established delivery methodologies (e.g. agile methods) and best practices (e.g. reusability).
I have 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
I have experience running Developer Portal capabilities at scale across a multinational organization
I have experience of Azure Integration Services
I have the ability to envision an exciting digital vision where an internal Developer Portal is leveraged at scale
I have relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse global and matrixed stakeholders and customers.
I have the ability to surface prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities.
I have strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
I have experience with IaaS capabilities including Azure Kubernetes Terraform.
I have knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120100.00 $150100.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performancebased bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region jobrelated knowledge skills and experience among other factors
