Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Have a passion for excellent customer service and an understanding of what it takes to be a positive team player

• Must be sales driven and have a genuine desire to assist all customers with finding the wine that best suits their personal taste.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Have a minimum basic knowledge of wine (temperature dry sweet etc...
• Ability to keep a clean and stocked work environment
• Clocking in and out by using ADP Timeclock according to your scheduled hours
• Maintain a clean and sanitized station and bar.
• Follow all Health and Safety policies and F&B procedures and standards.
• Use good judgement and discretion when serving alcohol.

Working Conditions and Requirements:

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OVER

• Must be available to workdays evenings holidays and weekends schedules may vary based on business demand.
• Reliable transportation to/from work is a must.
• Ability to lift/carry 25 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time

Maintain a professional appearance (appropriate grooming standards are property specific) and attitude.

• Hearing is critical to communicating by telephone and answering client inquiries.
• Vision is critical in order to properly make wine selections
• Speech is critical to communicating with employees and clients.

• Knowledge of the menu with the ability to make suggestions.
