Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles endtoend warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving storing processing and dispatching cargo so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process.Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Landside Asset Management includes jobs that deploy and retire physical land transportation assets (e.g. truck rail). They are responsible for delivering operational excellence in the lifecycle management of our assets so we can deliver on the promise to our customers in the most costefficient way. Responsibilities include: ensuring safe and efficient operation of vehicles minimizing downtime and safety risks.
Administrative stream includes those who primarily support others by performing skilled technical administrative or operational tasks. Jobs may range from highly supervised entrylevel workers technicians and administrative staff to experienced individual contributors with robust technical or practical knowledge in specific areas who have an ability to execute specialized work to support operations.
At the top of this career stream individuals work independently and apply standards yet can also make departures from established processes to resolve problems.
A colleague at this level performs work that is based on routines and any new knowledge is generally acquired through short explanations and simple instructions.
Colleagues perform highly specific task or tasks of limited scope and responsibility that have welldefined processes and procedures and readily available instructions.
The job requires little or no prior work experience within the functional area and the colleague is not expected to exercise independent judgment. Works under close supervision.
