Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) Richmond September 2025 Start

Are you an experienced teacher passionate about supporting students with SEND

We are seeking a SENCO to lead the provision for students with additional learning needs ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed starting September 2025.

The Role of a SENCO & Requirements:

  • Oversee the provision for students with SEND ensuring effective support strategies.
  • Work closely with teachers parents and external agencies.
  • Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Train and support staff in inclusive teaching practices.
  • Hold QTS (or equivalent) with experience in SEND provision.
  • The National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
