Job Description
Job Title:Harm Reduction Coordinator
Location:North West London
Rate:Up to 23 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available. We are looking for a new member for our team.
What is Expected of You:
- Support the people who use needle exchanges across the area.
- Directly intervene with service users in a onetoone setting to help them address alcohol/drug use or other specific issues.
- Provide support in the community for individuals and families with the aim of aiding their recovery.
- Support and signpost individuals and families to engage with other supportive services.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working as a Substance Misuse Worker Needle Exchange Worker Recovery Worker Outreach Worker or Drug and Alcohol Worker is required.
