Position Summary:
Ergotron is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to drive continuous improvement stability and efficiency across our Salesforce platform and related systems. This role will support and optimize our existing ecosystem which includes Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Pardot Manufacturing Cloud and B2B Commerce. As a key member of the IT team you will leverage your technical expertise and industry best practices to ensure our Salesforce infrastructure operates at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with users to understand requirements and determine appropriate solutions.
- Administer configure and maintain the Salesforce platform ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage user setup permissions roles security settings and data access.
- Implement and optimize Flows Process Builder Validation Rules Custom Objects Reports and Dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Provide ongoing user support training and troubleshooting for Salesforcerelated issues.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through audits deduplication and process improvements.
- Assist with thirdparty packages and integrations.
- Monitor system updates evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend improvements.
- Document system changes best practices and user guides.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years of handson Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Proactive problemsolving mindset with a passion for Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support end users effectively.
- Candidates local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area preferred.
