Job Description:
As a Mobile Service Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining trucks onsite for our clients. Youll be the face of our dealership in the field providing expert service with a focus on efficiency professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform onsite diagnostics repairs and maintenance on a variety of truck makes and models.
Provide emergency roadside assistance and support as needed.
Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues quickly and accurately.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle stocked with necessary parts and tools.
Document all work performed including parts used repairs completed and time spent on each job.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring that each clients needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck technician preferably in a mobile service role.
Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
