Are you a passionate and motivated Early Years leader looking for a flexible parttime opportunity Were seeking an experienced team leader to join Princes Close on a temporary jobshare basis covering Thursdays and Fridays 8 hours per day) until February 2026. This role supports a leader on a flexible work arrangement and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a wellestablished early childhood setting.
In this role youll
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role while maintaining worklife balance. Youll be part of a supportive and wellregarded early childhood setting working collaboratively with a passionate team. The salary range for this position is $97625 $105729 per annum plus 11.5 superannuation. As this is a parttime role 16 hours per week your salary will be paid on a prorata basis meaning your earnings will be adjusted according to the hours worked compared to a fulltime position.
