Overview
GTS Miami office is looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer to join our growing team. In this role the Desktop Support Engineer will be providing technical support services to our employees both inperson and remote technical support assistance. You will be oversee the day to day operation of the desktops network infrastructure handling user tickets for our Miami office and other locations.

Responsibilities
- Provide daytoday handson support for company users which includes executive team
- Document track and monitor user problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner
- Configuration and management of Windows desktop environments including VMs Terminal Servers AD DNS and Group Policy knowledge
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing requests manage expectations and provide effective service.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience providing support in a professional IT environment
- Strong Knowledge of Office 365 (Exchange Azure Sharepoint Teams)
- Computer hardware experience is preferred
- Analytical and problemsolving skills are a must as well as the ability to work well independently
- Indepth knowledge of maintaining Windows 10 OS
- Handling daily support tickets which can range from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support requirements.
- Basic Linux administration is a plus

In accordance with New York Citys Pay Transparency Law the base salary range for this role is $85000 to $120000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
