Job Requisition # 0Senior Analyst / Subject Matter Expert Global Mobility Payroll & Tax

Provides support to a Global Mobility function that includes approximately 2000 international assignments including rotational short term and long terms assignments. Serve as champion for mobility payroll tax and reporting for all types of relocation and deployments.

  • Prepare of tax cost estimates for the RTX bid/proposals new assignment tax accruals and annual updated tax accruals
  • Tracking and collection of global tax payments
  • Support in the collection of tax equalization receivables and nonUS tax refunds
  • Biweekly payroll support including the Leave Status Report Base Salary Report Pay Results Reconciliation Payroll Differences Report and onetime payment processing
  • Review monthly imputed housing report
  • Support assignment initiation through activation and deactivation process in LINK including field updates in LINK
  • Identify and resolve data gaps for specific fields in LINK
  • Communicate standard requests and followups form completion of specific forms calendar completion and noncomplier
  • Review and validate monthly shadow payroll including support for specific country details
  • Support backup compilation for DCAA audit requests

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 plus years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience supporting payroll and tax with Global Mobility experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn processes policies and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvement
  • Display positive attitude and demonstrate high commitment level.
  • Good organization analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proactive. Takes initiative attentive to details and process driven
  • Flexible to meet peak period and work with team in different time zone
