Job Description
**IMMEDIATE OPENING ***
Cedar Creek Motorsports is seekinga smart positive person withknowledge of parts clothing and accessories in the powersports industryto join our Parts Apparel and Accessories Department team. Applicants engage with customers directly (walkin telephone online) to help determine their needs and supply them accordingly. Additionally interactwith ourSales and Service Departments to ensure that parts and accessories for customer vehiclesare being met in a timely manner. This would be a great step up for someone currently employed atanautodealershipor big box retailer store (AutoZone OReilly NAPA Advanced Auto Parts). If youre apowersports fanatic with excellent customer service skills this job is for you!

Work Schedule: TuesdaySaturday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner
- Share with customers your knowledge of theof Good Better and Best products that we sell
- Staying uptodate with our powersports gear brands and product knowledge
- Maintain and deliver awesome personal & useful support to potential or existing customers who contact us
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their buying experience
- Recommend related parts which may be required
- Attempt to locate rare parts for customers
- Ability to work with several customers at once while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
- Handle online and telephone transactions quickly and courteously
- Alert customers of any sales specialsor new merchandise
- Accept payments for merchandise and keepcash register drawer accurate
QUALIFICATIONS:
Outgoing friendly personality and superior communications/customer service skills. Knowledge of our OEM product lines is a plus.
- Connectswith customers in a friendly manner
- Confident answering calls entering orders in stateoftheart computer system
- Confidentin selling to customers and to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision.
- Always show a positive attitude and be a genuine team player.
- Takes ownership of the customers experience by carrying out assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Can lift up to 50 Lbs.
