Position Description:
Wade Trim is seeking an Engineering Summer Intern for our ICE group in our Traverse City or Flint offices. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelors degree in civil engineering (junior or senior status preferred) and possess valid drivers license. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. Candidates must be selfmotivated very organized and have excellent communication skills.
Typical responsibilities include:
Assist in design reports and construction plans
Assist with the coordinate preparation of specifications and permit submittals
Assist in the preparation of preliminary project cost estimates and evaluate quantities
Document design changes and communications
Conduct onsite inspections as needed
Maintain excellent client relations
Maintain a safe working environment
Education:
Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
Skills/Experience:
Valid Drivers License
Must have interest in Natural Gas
