Position Title: Software Engineer
Location: San Jose CA
Position Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Start Timeline: ASAP
Work Policy: Onsite 5 days/week
Relocation Support: $5000 stipend
Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates
Compensation: $150000 $200000 base equity (details provided during interview process)

Role Summary
We are hiring 2 junior and 2 senior Software Engineers to design and build foundational infrastructure
for an AI-first enterprise platform. You will collaborate with top-tier engineers in a fast-paced hands-on
environment. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in highly technical settings and want to help
architect scalable systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems and cloud-native services
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop intelligent workflows
- Optimize performance cost and maintainability of production code
- Write high-quality testable and well-documented code
- Engage in technical discussions and code reviews with a global team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- GPA of 3.6 or higher (must be included in submission)
- Undergraduate degree must be from: A Top 20 U.S. university or An Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) If applicable Masters degree must also be from a Top 20 U.S. university or an IIT
- 2 years of engineering experience for junior-level applicants
- 5 years of engineering experience for senior-level applicants
- Proficiency in one or more of: Python Go Java or C
- Experience with distributed systems backend development or infrastructure
- Proven track record of shipping production-quality software
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree from a Top 20 U.S. university or IIT
- Experience at early-stage startups or fast-scaling product companies
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems or enterprise SaaS platforms
