Location:Scottsdale AZ (HQ) Salary:$70K$80K FullTime

We are looking for aContent Development Producerto oversee the endtoend production of our educational content. This role requires a combination of production oversight creative storytelling project management and strategic collaboration. The interview process for this role includes a SparkHire video interview as well as an onsite interview and a takehome assignment for selected candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Production & Quality Oversight
- Oversee endtoend video editing and postproduction ensuring content meets brand standards.
- Direct onset logistics and supervise filming for smooth .
- Develop and refine course structures and curriculum based on instructional goals and student feedback.
- Conduct final quality checks providing clear feedback to editors.
- Produce content across the Mastermind ecosystem to enhance client engagement adoption and retention.
Creative Content & External Collaboration
- Identify research and engage subject matter experts and build strategic relationships.
- Collaborate with industry experts and guest contributors to develop and enrich course content.
- Write compelling copy for course descriptions lesson titles and marketing materials.
- Create AIdriven prompts and interactive content to boost learner engagement.
- Work with the design team to ensure visually appealing course materials.
- Identify market trends and potential collaborators to expand offerings.
Process Optimization & DataDriven Strategy
- Track course performance metrics engagement data and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Use Airtable to manage content workflows and production schedules.
- Lead team training and document best practices to streamline operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to align content initiatives with company objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal Candidate
- At least 35 years of handson experience in content production video editing or multimedia creation.
- Proven expertise in content development project management and quality control.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Premiere Pro Airtable and AIdriven tools.
- A proactive solutionsfocused collaborator who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
