Job Description
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an allelectric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an allelectric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying engaging and hiring nontechnical talent across the Archer organization. You will collaborate closely with key hiring leaders to build strong highperforming crossfunctional teams. This position requires a strong tactical executor with exceptional relationshipbuilding skills and a proven track record of successfully making key hires in fastpaced highstakes environments.
What youll do:
- Partner with hiring managers across all engineering groups (Powertrain Airframe Software etc) to understand hiring needs business goals and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to source and attract top technical talent.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding. You will drive every detail of the process including hightouch coordination as needed.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments ensuring alignment with the companys culture and strategic goals.
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers on market trends talent availability and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities metrics and outcomes. Use analytics and reporting to inform our strategy going forward.
What youll need:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting ideally within an agency startup or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles across a variety of disciplines
- Ability to develop hightrust partnerships with top leaders.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to assess talent and match candidates to organizational needs.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Location
This role will require consistent onsite presence at our office in Santa Clara / San Jose. Expect 3 days a week in office.

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
