SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Sutton SM4
Salary: 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A highly successful forward thinking independent Estate Agents is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Sutton.
The role will involve growing the property register by winning instructions assisting the Branch in maximising branch profit and by managing and developing the sales team to reach their full potential. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated and target driven.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential sales and a proven track record in securing new business. You will also need a full UK driving licence.
The role attracts a highly competitive salary package and fantastic future potential.

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Listing / Valuations experience beneficial
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Sutton area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
