Title: Data Analyst: Healthcare Insurance Industry
Location: St Paul / Eagan MN (Hybrid with 4 days onsite per week)
Contract: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Rate: $58$62 per hour (Contract or C2C); $50$55 per hour (W2 after deductions and employer tax contributions)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in data modernization and reporting within the healthcare industry. This role involves working with a large volume of legacy reports and transitioning them to modern reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and modernize existing reports optimizing data visualization and business insights.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using modern BI tools.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement scalable data analytics solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
Strong proficiency in SQL Cubes MDX Python RDX and R.
Experience working in the healthcare industry particularly on the payer side (e.g. analyzing medical claims provider reimbursement etc..
Ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker.
Familiarity with cloudbased data platforms (Azure AWS GCP) is a plus.
